About Our Studio Classes

Inertia Sweat is the ultimate fusion class, we incorporate movements from all modalities such as Pilates, Functional, Circuit, HIIT & yoga to create a full body endurance workout that’ll be sure to work up a sweat.
You’ll flow through the perfect balance of cardio and strength drills incorporating dumbbells, kettlebells & booty bands challenging your whole body.

Pilates Burn is designed to provide a full-body workout with an emphasis on technique and body control. You'll develop the strength to brace and stabilise your body, supporting you in everyday life and enhancing all other forms of movement.
You'll progress through a sequence of exercises drawn from traditional Pilates, functional fitness, and strength and conditioning training modalities, sometimes incorporating props and free weights to increase resistance and difficulty. Throughout the class, the instructor will offer regressions and progressions to ensure you are always challenged and getting the most out of each movement.

Our Pilates Sculpt class is a traditional mat Pilates experience designed for anyone and everyone, regardless of fitness level. This class focuses on building strength, improving stability, and enhancing core control while targeting small, intrinsic muscles often overlooked in other workouts. Our Vinyin class offers a unique blend of Vinyasa and Yin yoga styles, combining dynamic movement with deep relaxation.
The class begins with a flowing Vinyasa sequence to build strength, improve flexibility, and energize the body. It then transitions into Yin yoga, where longer-held postures allow for deeper stretching and relaxation, targeting connective tissues and calming the mind. Suitable for all levels, this class provides the perfect balance of activity and stillness, helping you feel grounded, restored, and rejuvenated.
