Long Haul classes will be in the form of a Metcon style, so will incorporate things such as dumbbells, kettlebells and various bodyweight exercises, providing more variety . The class focuses on establishing your foundations! The Long Erg is exclusively for ERG, so once you're secured, there's no turning back!
Every strong structure needs a sturdy base, and this class is perfect for that purpose. By working at lower intensities for extended periods, you'll also strengthen your mental resilience.
To ensure measurable results, we incorporate Maximum Aerobic Speed (MAS) training, a proven method to enhance endurance and performance. With bespoke targets for each interval, you'll progressively overload and build capacity, pushing yourself to new limits while maintaining solid foundations.

Working on our anaerobic energy system with short and sharp erg efforts, paired with bodyweight and dumbbell/kettlebell exercises. These classes will be high power and high energy, aiding in increasing your capacity for high intensity work.
