  • At Inertia Fitness, our Exercise Physiologist, Zachary, offers expert support tailored to your needs. He combines his in-depth knowledge with biomechanical assessments, utilising the VALD equipment to provide normative data on your unique movement patterns and identify any discrepancies. Whether you're recovering from an injury, managing a chronic condition, or looking to optimise your performance, Zachary's personalised approach helps you move better, address imbalances, and thrive in both fitness and daily life.

Additionally, Zachary will make adjustments to our group fitness program to ensure it aligns with your individual needs, allowing you to seamlessly progress through classes while staying safe and supported on your journey to better health.

  • At Inertia Fitness, our Physiotherapist, Jimmy, provides expert care to help you recover from injuries, manage pain, and restore optimal movement. Physiotherapists specialise in diagnosing and treating musculoskeletal conditions, using hands on techniques, movement based rehabilitation, and targeted therapy to promote healing and prevent further injury.

Whether you're dealing with an acute injury, post surgical rehab, or chronic pain, Jimmy will guide you through a structured recovery process tailored to your needs. Unlike an Exercise Physiologist, who focuses on long term management and performance optimisation, Jimmy’s role is to provide immediate injury treatment and early stage rehabilitation. He will also work closely with our coaching team to modify your training, ensuring a safe and seamless transition back into our group fitness classes when you're ready.
