The Floor is Inertia’s premium 200sqm+ strength and conditioning zone, boasting a fully equipped facility with cutting edge equipment. Inertia Fitness is one of the first in the world to commission the new Armour Rack Technology, which redefines the strength and conditioning landscape. We are a forefront facility in the fitness industry with our securing of 6 of the Armour Racks, of the 50 available worldwide! The Armour Rack and all our equipment is designed to allow for dynamic and versatile programming.
The Floor is directed by our Head Coach, Tatum, who leads a group of experienced and qualified coaches in delivering a bespoke results-driven program.
